Dry this smells like Blueberries and flowers. As it was infusing I thought I smelled a hint of Maple or Caramel, perhaps…not sure! Once infusion was complete it smelled like a grassier green with blueberry.

Even tho I am not really tasting the PIE comparison in this nor would I compare it to candy – it’s not too bad! It’s like Blueberries and a grassier green tea to the tongue.

As it cools for a few moments I can pick up on something else…maybe it’s that maple from before…interesting…

The Fujian White tea leaves were extremely fresh and of the highest quality. The natural jasmine and lily flowers added a nice floral aroma. The taste is naturally sweet. Some may want to add stevia, although, I thought it was sweet enough. The second infusion was light but good.

This is a green oolong offering that is really unique. It gives off tons of pumpkin flavor and has a very spicy finish. The heat actually builds in your mouth similar to when drinking a peppery Yunnan or spicy chai. Very unique.
