So fruity and juicy and tart! The ruby liquor is gorgeous, and the smell is warm and inviting. I like this with a bit of maguey sap and a tiny little dusting of cinnamon.

The perfect berry tea I have tried was Fairmont’s Berry Berry tea, and I have purchased Teekanne’s berry herbal tea variety in the hopes of finding something similar to Fairmont’s but my choice was wrong. Even though the ingredients and the flavor description are very similar, all the Teekanne’s berry herbal tea varieties I have tried turned out to be way too sour. I do believe they’re healthy though. At least they don’t taste artificial and that’s good but really I always have a lot of tea bags left around in my cupboard because I can never finish them all. They do have many more attractive looking berry blends, but I’m afraid to experiment with my own money. I will try them if I get them for free from somewhere but I highly doubt I’d purchase any more with my own money again. Taste wise I’d give it 5 to 7 out of a hundred, but I’d give it 15 for the medicinal benefit – their berry herbal teas contain elderberry leaves and rose hips which are really good for cold.

I cannot recall how I received two bags of this tea but I imagine it was through one swap or another. This will be my last cup before retreating for the night to carry on reading Mad Mouse by Chris Grabenstein.

It smells sweet with strong licorice and cinnamon essences.

Flavour wise this is thickly licorice and it leaves that refreshing feeling in my mouth as I sip. The anise is also rather strong mixed with the cinnamon and in the after taste the Rooibos is noticeable. It’s an unusual blend and I don’t think I’m going to be able to finish this cup. My husband is also not a fan.

Sweet smell, sweet taste. I suggest to add two tea spoons of sugar. Minimal steeping time is about two minutes, but I like to let it steep a few minutes longer.

My all time favourite. Good for autumn/winter evening with a blanket and a book. Really sweet by itself, but two or three tea spoon of sugar do no harm.

Strange tea. After 2 years of tea experience I never tried something like this. It’s good for a tea bag. And I would love to have this tea in whole leaf.

I’m going to have to come back to this: after trying the M&S rooibos and vanilla, I think I’d conclude that this one is better.

Perfect choice for summer nights or after lunch. It’s very balanced, nothing stands out, but it makes you feel so comfortable ——helps cooling your mind and make a little contribution to digesting .I like herbal scents, and it tastes even more lovely when brewed with some freshly cut summer fruits XD

What kind of an Indian restaurant has only Lipton and German-brand Peppermint? So weird! They looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered hot tea.

As for the tea itself, it was pretty typical bagged peppermint. Not as great a fresh-picked mint, but I’ve had much staler, dull tasting mints.

Wow, I can actually smell the “exotic cactus” – it’s like a cross between peach a cucumber. Weird!

it’s there is the taste too – a surprising sweet, juicy flavor with a clean green tea aftertaste. not bad for bagged! it is waking up my taste buds, and maybe my brain too. It’s going to take a lot to get me through to the end of the work day and week!
