Ha the floral flavor here is so strong it almost made me nauseous at first. I don’t really see how this is anything like champagne. It’s just overpowering flowers. It took me about four days to drink it all, but I finally did it. It wasn’t bad cold, and it mellowed with time, but I do find this blend to be misnamed.

Another swap sample…

Meh, too much hibiscus. Mostly just getting tart with a little bit of dark berry, elderberry maybe? There’s also an almost roasty flavor that’s reminding me of chicory, not sure where that’s coming from…

But basically it’s a hibiscus bomb with an undercurrent of syrupy dark berry.
