My affection for Tea started with Herbals back in the 70’s. One of my top picks was a licorice mix from House of Hezekiah, an old coffeehouse in Kansas City. There was additionally a tea with mint, flower petals, chamomile, and so on called Nuclear Casual Tea.

In the 80’s I surrendered caffeine, chocolate, liquor, (and a couple of illegal substances… ), and fermented therapeutic mixes and tinctures to bolster 4 pregnancies (all kids conceived at home). In the 90’s my relationship with green teas started when I found ‘The Republic of Tea’. Their delightful teas and bundling roused my unique tune, “TeaMind”, from my CD “Zen Breakfast”. In the event that you’d jump at the chance to hear the melody for nothing, drop by my site.

As a rule, I drink my teas straight, yet every so often I include a squeeze of Stevia and perhaps some coconut or almond drain (I’m adversely affected by dairy, gluten, and different things and maintain a strategic distance from generally desserts.)

I’ve investigated an assortment of teas:

Whites have a tendency to be somewhat dull… sad

Oolongs – magnificently exotic

Roobios – I’m not a fan when all is said in done

Puehr – a genuinely new course for me

I’m not a colossal fanatic of seasoned teas, but rather I do make special cases, and I’ll attempt pretty much anything once.

Also, Black Tea, Oh how I cherish thee!!

I am on a journey for the most great breakfast glass! I will discover you, my Love!
