Today I tore open the bag the mint came in and poured it into a little satchel. I added some jasmine pearls and got a soothing, sweet, and fragrant blend.

Whenever I open my tin of Leo I am always charmed by the fact that it smells almost exactly like an orange creamsicle. It is a very refreshing blend. The citrus notes aren’t artificial or bitter, but very creamy. I steeped it for 3 minutes and got a very robust cup. This uplifting blend is exactly what I need right now. I’m writing a thesis! Yay.

Fresh steep with a spoonful of sugar. Delicious as usual!

2nd steep. Much less of an astringent taste, but I think I enjoy the robust flavor of the first steep more. This was a little bit too soft in flavor for my liking.

I drank a rose congou blend at my local tea house, and it was wonderful, but it left me hankering for something sweeter. I turned to this.

This is one of my favorites. I love adding a dollop of honey for the perfect sweetness.
