Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff will help you pick the right tea for you. They specialize in straight teas and what they call blended teas. That means there are no artificial flavoring in any of their blends, all their teas are natural.

The best part you can get a gong fu tea ceremony with any tea of your liking free of charge but full of deep conversations about tea. I had a pleasure tasting a high grade pu-ehr and when unsure about the taste I was offered a 10yr old pu-erh to compare. Needless to say that 10yr old made a trip back home.

All their teas are stored in little tin boxes for sampling so you can freely browse and find what you like. Free tin cans come with purchase of 50g of tea which is a nice touch.

They have a variety of accessories including pots, infusers, yixing pots and gaiwan sets.

If you’re serious about your tea and want to expand your knowledge and come home with amazing goodies for fair prices this is definitely a place to check out.

Even though most of the time I know exactly what I am coming for the super friendly staff will always recommend something based on my taste. People working there are quite knowledgeable but most importantly very passionate about the tea and never shy away from sharing their personal opinion on any of the teas you’re interested in which I find very valuable.

Dan is very friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help with whatever tea needs you might have and eager to have some small talk about all things tea. Wonderful selection of teas, fair prices, convenient location, smart staff – these and many more reasons why it’s my go-to place for a morning brew.

I was always a huge fan of teas but my tastes changed constantly. Lately I am on the path of discovering Chinese teas, but not limiting myself to that. I am, however, favoring straight teas at this point.

I love pu-erh, oolongs are always a treat, learning about greens is delicious, absolutely neutral towards rooibos or herbals and black is always a yes. Incidentally any combination of the above is ok in a blended tea, which I like to have time to time.

« The first cup kisses away my thirst,
and my loneliness is quelled by the second.
The third gives insight worthy of ancient scrolls,
and the fourth exiles my troubles.
My body becomes lighter with the fifth,
and the sixth sends word from immortals.
But the seventh—oh the seventh cup—
if I drink you, a wind will hurry my wings
toward the sacred island. »
