Four stars for great baked goods, light snacks and coffee, friendly service. A few well chosen tea selections in tea bags.
A bustling student favorite, not particularly a tea spot but still, worth a visit.

I had to give Celtica 5 stars for the lovely tea room that they had in the back of the lovely Irish goods and gifts store, but, alas the business is closed and gone now.
