Any tea suggestions for help with Fibromyalgia or PCOS?

Just curious if anyone with Fibromyalgia or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome has found any teas that help them with their symptoms?

I suffer from both those, too. I avoid anything with wheat products in tea blends (even malt which I love dearly) since gluten makes my fibromyalgia much worst. Cutting gluten out of my diet is what really helped my pains in my joints and thighs, even though it’s not tea related.

I avoid adding any sugar for flavor and PCOS reasons. I do like Japanese greens, those calm me best and relax my body. Since I started drinking more Japanese greens around the time I went gluten free, I don’t know if it helped my fibro. I recommend asking a chiropractor what tonics might help the best. Mine always heavily recommends green tea, which I was already addicted to.

If you google PCOS + tea, some interesting stuff came up about others and what they drink.

I really recommend looking into going gluten free, it has truly changed my life for the better. It doesn’t work for everyone with fibromyalgia, I’ve read though.

Thank you, I am going to start taking gluten out of my diet, and even though I’m not a fan of green teas I will increase my consumption anyway!

Mel- do you think you could pm me a list of the gluten-free food staples (brand names of them too) that you really like? If not, no biggie! Thanks!
