I like this quite a bit! Subtle and lovely. Their description hit it on the head: white nectarine (at the end of the sip for me), sweet hay, oats, wet limestone (can’t say I pick up on the wet limestone, however).

the tealeaf grown in Yunnan where normally they use the leaf for green tea (fresh bud), black tea (dianhong), pu’er (sheng,and fermented shu), moonlight white is the tea leaf in Yunnan but use the processing method of white tea produced (normally white tea is processed in Fujian), white tea is no fermentation, only use sunshine to dry out…

I’ve been exporing the ones I bought. I played a little bit with water temp, I thought 80C was my prefered temp. I never even considered boiling water. OMGsrsly suggested boiling water with flash steeps. I never use boiling water much less on a white tea. I respect her opinion and tried it tonight on my Dragon Tea House cake. This is really good!!! I’m going to go back and revisit some of the other ones steeping in this manner.

white tea also suitable for room temp to brew, or put some leafs into bottel of mineral water for 1 hour, taste good for summer :-)

I have brewed mine lazy Chinese style; were you put the leaves in a jar, add hot water, then slowly drink it down. It’s nice cause you can slowly taste it get stronger. I usually let mine brew for 2 minuets(80-85’C), then add a few ice cubes to cool it down, and then sip it with my bombilla.
