A unique opportunity to become trained as an ITMA Certified Tea Sommelier™, observe an active volcano, watch whales and dolphins, and harvest and process Hawaii Green Tea. The “Big Island” is blessed with dramatic waterfalls, fertile rain forests, and blooming gardens. Truly a majestic environment.

Journey to the top of the mountain at 4000 feet above sea level to the Tea Hawaii Estate in Volcano Village. The estate is where registrants will get to hand-harvest tea (weather permitting) and experience the four steps involved in processing their tea to a final stage.

Tuition is $975 for ITMA Members ($1,225 for Non-Members). To register, post a $250 non-refundable tuition-deposit by clicking the button of the course details page. Registrants will receive an invoice by email for the balance, which is not due until May 20, 2015.
