I don’t know if you’re looking for ideas, but if you could create a Banana Oolong like the one DavidsTea used to have, or the one Butiki used to have (think real caramel/butterscotchy banana with a creamy oolong – no banana runts here whatsoever)……….
This sounds tricky… unless I somehow find myself with extra money, it won’t be until next year that I am roasting my own teas. I would wait until I can do that because I would want to control the roasted element of the oolong to balance with the banana which would have to have some sort of sweetness along with the nut I use in it as well.
Is it possible? Yes.
Am I able to do it? I don’t know yet… but I can certainly try!
