Should I brew only one type of pu erh in my yixing?

I want to start brewing pu erh in a yixing pot. I know that you should only brew one type of tea in a yixing, but does that mean i can brew multiple types of pu erh in one yixing pot, or just one pu erh tea? Thanks!!!

All ripe puerhs, or all sheng puerh of similar maturity, or even all puerhs in general. It’s your preference.

Thanks!

As a Yixing pot is unglazed it will absorb the flavor of the tea and eventually give that flavor back. Because of this characteristic it is important to only brew one class of puerh in a particular pot.
