Cold-brewed Taiwanese teas for hot summer!!

Other than brewing in hot water, Taiwanese teas are also great with cold water. Besides, tea leaves release less caffeine in cold water, which is suitable for evening drinking.

Cold-brewed tea recipe-
Place the 6-8 grams tea leaves in 500-900 grams room temperature spring water, and let steep in fridge for at least 10-12 hours.
(same amount of tea leaves with about 500-600 grams water for black teas and about 700-900 grams water for oolong teas)

Cold-brewed tea should be stored in fridge and be consumed within 3 days.

Enjoy it!
