Hi Utopia,
This is going to be a negative comment, but I see two large issues with your site:
1. It looks like you’re using many of the same blends as Fusion Teas and Sub Rosa teas. (I noticed this in particular about your Maple Carrot and Toffee Caramel blends, which look identical to the Carrot Cake and Toasted Caramel rooibos blends they have.)
2. When I visit your site and click on a tea to learn more, I don’t get any readable text. Instead, it looks like you’re using some sort of weird wingdings/symbol font.
In reference to number 1, that’s actually pretty common. Most tea companies in the US buy their teas from wholesalers. There’s a good chance that both companies purchase from the same supplier (more often than not it’s Metropolitan Tea Company).

Re: #1. Nicole is correct, MANY tea companies (companies in general actually) utilize wholesalers for product sourcing.
#2. Hmmm.. Not sure why you’re having trouble viewing the text. We’re on it!
