As you may be aware by now, we had some technical difficulties this past week with our website stemming from the transfer of domain from Frank’s account to ours. We didn’t do the transfer right away because things were pretty hectic back then and when the time came for the renewal to take place, push came to shove and we needed to do the transfer which takes 24 – 48 hours and the fact that it needed to be renewed too created a new complication.

But we’re back online now and the issue is completely resolved so we shouldn’t experience that again in the future!

I’m naughty and I put in another other JUST for Sun and Cloud Mist. Could you ship them both together for me? I put a note in the order.

Edited to add: Just a note on this, since your combined purchases exceeded the free shipping threshold of $49, I refunded both shipping charges – I did it separately (so two refunds of $3) so that when the time comes for Amethyst to do the bookkeeping, it makes sense to her.

Lol, thanks! I didn’t think I made it over the shipping threshold. I just thought it would be less work and less costly for you to ship one bigger box instead of two medium – ish ones.

Thank you! It was a frustrating day and a half! It was our own fault for procrastinating the transfer of the domain – but at the time there just seemed to be too many other things that were looming overhead that we needed to concern ourselves with and it’s been a pretty busy past seven months – fortunately, considering how long it could have taken for the process to work itself out – we weren’t really down all that long!

All good in the end, then! BTW, I don’t think you packaged my order fast enough – less than 5 minutes! ;)

haha! I try to keep on top of it when I can. I never know when things happen that will require my attention so when I have the time, I don’t squander it!
