Lupicia Happy Bag - 2016

Longtime lurker here, deciding to finally post :)

I didn’t see anyone talking about this year’s Happy Bags from Lupicia, and wanted to share the contents of mine, in case anyone’s on the fence about buying one.

I know previous Happy Bags were heavy on the teabags, but all of these were loose tea, in the 50g size foil bag. I’m pretty happy with the selection and value – it all totaled $70 at full price, for the $30 box.

The box contained 9 bags of 50g loose tea:
Darjeeling The Second Flush
Afternoon Tea
Tikuanyin
Strawberry & Vanilla (green)
Matcha Black Soybean Rice Tea
Momo Oolong Super Grade
Sakurambo (black)
Cookie (black)
Muscat (black)

I was worried that these would be really old teas, but the soonest expiration date is 11/2016, with most expiring 1/2017. (I’ve bought some tea from them at 50% off that only had 1 month left before expiring) I should be able to make it through all of these in a year!
