black/red teas for gongfu, less malty more fruity or like oolong: hei cha, and...? (or technique)

ive been really enjoying various Hei cha, and ive got so much malty tea its proving to be a big backlog. Im drinking so much less western style.

so yeah, any other black teas I should be trying gongfu style? or is there a different method for drinking golden leaf gongfu so less malt? ive tried less leaf but the taste is so prominent.

A black tea I recently drank from Tea Trekker was very fruity. Brewed it western though.
