Looking for very high grade taiwan oolongs to celebrate the new year

I don’t drink alcohol but want to celebrate with something special. I myself sell very high quality oolong tea but we drink those daily and for celebratory purposes want to get something. money isn’t too big of an option but delivery needs to be relativity fast any suggestions? lighter roasts please :)

Beautiful Taiwan Tea, Floating Leaves, J Tea International, and if they return in time Life in Teacup.

Are you looking for a specific type?

Bttc and Fl are my usual drinkers as well I’ll look into J tea. Nothing really specific in mind my favorites are Shan Lin xi and Alishan. I’m not a super fan of da yu Lin and i like a light to mid roast but I’m looking for that high mountain waterfall freshness creamy Taiwan goodness

Some of us have bought farmer direct from Taiwan through:

https://www.instagram.com/hauyingchen/

He’s a farmer and produces some really excellent traditional Dongding from his own farm, and he offers top notch oolongs from other farms in Taiwan.

I second this. Chen’s oolongs are fabulous.

Does he have a website? His Instagram page links to his FB which is in Chinese and doesn’t seem to have any buying info.

Orders for his teas were organised on Teachat forum in the past, the last one was for the Winter Fu Shou Shan 2016.

Taiwan Tea Crafts probably has the most extensive collection of Taiwanese oolongs out there including high grade stuff like Dayuling, Long feng via, and others.

Chayo tea friends has a pretty small selection of some pretty nice taiwanese teas, I’ve only tried 2 teas from them but they were both pretty impressive

Both of the following vendors are in NYC and have terrific Taiwanese oolongs. So delivery might be relatively quick to you upstate.

I like Eco-Cha.com if you want some unique ones or beautifultaiwanteaco.com

Some new players include teaful.co or caravan-tea.com that are interesting.
