April's Featured Reblend - Lemon Cheesecake Bar Blend v.2!
Our reblend for April is a re-interpreted version of one of our first creations when we took over 52Teas. Our Lemon Cheesecake Bar Houjicha was very popular – but one complaint we did get was that the roasted flavor of the houjicha was very strong and for some – it seemed to take over and obscured some of the more delicate lemon and cheesecake notes.
Since we’ve had quite a bit of success with the combination of Houjicha and Shou Mei – we thought that a little bit of Shou Mei would improve this blend without altering it too much – it would keep the flavors that everyone fell in love with while taming some of the stronger roasty-toasty notes.
However, I didn’t have quite enough Shou Mei so we added a little bit of white peony too – so this isn’t a houjicha/shou mei blend – it’s a houjicha/white tea blend.
And it tastes amazing, if I do say so myself!

Is it possible to get the Rainbow Sherbet in larger sizes?
