Tea Vs Coffee - Looking for research data
I am a bit confused about conflicting information on the benefits/health issues of drinking tea and coffee. Anyone here has conclusive research-based evidence on what I should drink for better health? Should I choose one over the other?
FYI, I drink Indian style tea (2 cups a day with sugar and plenty of milk as shown here http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-Indian-Tea-a.k.a-Chai/) and South Indian filter coffee (as described here – https://www.jodilogik.com/wordpress/index.php/South-Indian-Filter-Coffee/).
