Yes, the Chaga Mushroom is still 35 with free shipping, the shipping cost on your order is for the tea you bought with 50% off.

Okay so you’re saying that my $35 mushroom order plus 125g of tea which in total should be free for two reasons isn’t free because the 125g tea is on sale. The full order can’t be shipped together?

Just for other people reading here, the shipping was $13.99 for 125g of tea then. Something to keep in mind before buying….

1. The Chaga is Free Shipping for itself.

2. The tea is normally free shipping when it is over 35 for Canada Address and 50 for US address, but when we offer 50% off for loose we are not able to offer free shipping, so there is a shipping cost.

So you are thinking you order a chaga you get a free shipping, when you order another tea you should get a free shipping, i understand this.

I put in an order. Then realized I didn’t have an account and created one. Can my order be imported into my account so I can see it?

And as far as not getting the free shipping I found the shipping charge to be reasonable, much less than the USPS would charge me to ship a similar package to Canada.
