What can I do better to serve you?
I have an online shop (www.pandabrewtea.com) and would like to know what I can do better. I would like to hear from you all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I do really like seeing some less common teas, and that attracts me as a customer. For me to make an order, I would want to be able to buy sample sizes of your teas (5-10g) so I could sample the rooibos/herbal blends and greens you offer. I would also be much more likely to order from a company with cheap shipping to Canada ($6 or less) and I am more likely to buy from stores that have yellow teas or Jin Xuan Milk Oolong (not flavoured with milk, only naturally occurring milk flavour in the leaves).

Reasonable shipping to Canada is something I look for and can be hard to find. I’ll even spend extra on tea if I can get free shipping out of it. A free sample with the order never hurts. I don’t see a google+ on your social feed it may be something to consider. I also don’t see an FAQ section on your website. Something that would cover the basics like approx. shipping costs and such.
