One of the most important is that tea drinkers enjoy some protection against heart disease. But the benefits are completely wiped out if because they add milk, like most of the British population. It has long been thought that drinking tea is benefits for the heart and in the prevention of cancer. Sometimes. And I think some kinds of tea need to be tasted without adding anything such as tieh guanyin at least.

You’re right. Most of time I choose to add some into black tea and oolong. Green tea and white tea is light tea do not need to add others to destroy it’s original flavor.

I like milk and I also like tea. But I don’t like the milk tea. It tastes completely different from milk and tea.

It depends on your drinking habit I think. But the milk is sure to neutralize some bitter taste in black tea. That’s why some of us would like add milk into tea.But this time I have to stop that way.

Usually I drink my tea straight, but sometimes I also enjoy a Matcha Latte with soymilk or coconut milk or almond milk. Due the the slightly nutty notes in those milk-like drinks The Latte is more tasty in my opinion and the health benefits of green tea will not be diminished.

Different style and new choice. I should have a try I think. it will be nice of you to share.
