little help with a tea I chanced upon

Guys I am working in Luanda and last week I ran tea so went to Chinatown to see if I could find some Ooolong.

Any instead I bought a Puerh, Meng Hai – label on the back says 2008 but I don’t even know if its sheng or shou… total novice with Puerh.

Here’s a picture if anyone might be able to help?

Many thanks in advance

Looks like a sheng, and a wrapper designed to resemble Dayi Jin Gold. Hard to see but I think I see the gold character too. These kinds of teas are similar to a knock-off handbag. But if you like the flavor, I’m sure that justifies the price.

The packaging says: it is a Shu Pu-erh from Menghai, Yunnan that made by pure tea leaves.

Many thanks – Smells fresh and like a good tea. I’ll try it on Sunday when I get home.
