What temperature do you steep shou at?

I have heard to use boiling 100C water with shou which is what I have been doing, but I have also heard to go with a lower temperature so the subtleties of the tea come out more. What are your thoughts about this, and what temperature do you use?

I agree. Got to be boiling.

+1 for boiling water

Shou has the least amount of subtleties of any tea, imo.

208 if you are using an electric kettle. As you dont want to keep water at boiling.
