Best Chumushi Sencha?

I am rather new to the tea-drinking world. However, I have long been drinking green tea and love it’s slightly bitter, yet unique taste. Because of this, I have been trying to find a good Chumushi Sencha, since I don’t love the taste of a deep-steeped green tea. However, I don’t particularly know where to begin looking for the best Chumushi Sencha. If you have any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated, but I am also open to all types of green tea, since my experience is rather limited.

I got a Kirishima Sencha from Yuuki-Cha that’s I’m really loving right now: http://www.yuuki-cha.com/organic-green-tea/sencha/kirishima-asatsuyu-sencha

This is a medium steamed (chumushi) sencha. It’s fruity and has nice balance of grassiness to umami. Yuuki-Cha has other chumushi senchas in their line up and although I haven’t tried them all, their teas tend to be good quality.

O-Cha also has a similar chumushi kirishima sencha. I tried it a couple of years ago and was impressed by it. It was intensely grassy and a bit floral. But it didn’t resteep well.
