Swapping Tea
I was reading some of the tasting notes and I see people talking about doing tea swaps. I would love to do this! Can anyone tell me how to participate or link to the facebook group that the swaps are run through?

To my knowledge there is no Facebook group for swaps. It is just individuals connecting on here. Make a few reviews, follow a few people and eventually you will find someone to swap with. Swaps are usually small amounts of tea, enough for one or two cups or a single gongfu session.
I’ve done a bunch of swaps on the tea exchange subreddit. I have a ton of stuff posted on there I’m looking to swap, so feel free to contact me about it!
Your best bet is also to, on the main forum page, set the Category to Tea Swaps; this’ll single out all the related threads and you can see what people are offering. …And find a few misplaced Company promotion threads, annoyingly.
I also find that it’s generally helpful to have your cupboard on Steepster updated with the teas that you’re both willing to swap/have enough to swap. That way anyone interested can take a browse and see what you have to offer and if it seems like things that appeal to their tastes!
