Huge early gray tea fan. This is a great read for any new tea drinkers: https://tealovers.com/earl-gray-tea-health-benefits/

To suggest that Earl Gray tea is going to do anything for someone who has cancer is just wrong. While tea may be a healthy drink they have never proved it to cure anything. It will not help diabetes although taken without sugar it probably won’t hurt a diabetic. Most of these claims are completely false.

How have I not lost weight, have perfect teeth, never been sick nor stressed out as a result of my Earl Grey consumption? Because this article is all uncited false claims.

Earl Grey is bad for you in excess (4L/day) because the bergamot compounds interfere with potassium and your muscles’ nerves. https://mindhacks.com/2009/10/15/tea-intoxication/

It might also be contraindicated for people who have to avoid grapefruit and pomelo for medicine interactions.
