How many different types of teas a day?

My comfort zone is 1-3 types a day. I usually steep a tea for many times and extract every drop from it :-D So sometimes if I have to, or desire to drink more than a few types of tea, I would take the first 3-5 infusions of each tea, and save the rest for the second day or the last infusions of some tea for night drinking since the caffeine would be low by then.

Black in the morning. Green after eating. White at night.
Rinse and repeat, that’s what I do.

I have a tendency to work my way through 2-3 different types of tea a day.

I don’t have a particular “every day” tea, but if I were to choose, it would either be a ginseng oolong or any one of my pu-erh teas. Lately I’ve been craving a nice Yunnan red, so maybe that’ll be my go-to for a while coming up here!

Usually I drink one type in the morning, always caffeinated, and then an herbal in the evening while I prepare for sleep. Once in awhile I have a light tea, a mate maybe, in the afternoon at work. On the weekends of course, anything goes!
