Ok sounds good, because I will not be able to receive package for two weeks. Maybe Roswell can send it my way after she finishes with it. :)
Box has arrived! I’ve pulled a couple things so far that I’m definitely interested in trying, and will browse through the rest over the next week. I’ll ship everything out again a week from today to Evol – but if anyone wants to request anything specific from my cupboard gets added to the box let me know sooner rather than later! My Steepster cupboard is generally REALLY accurate, but I’ll let you know if there’s something that’s not doable. I have A LOT of tea…
Also, in addition to writing tasting notes here on Steepster I’m gonna Instagram the teas I try under #discoveryteabox if anyone is curious!
I mean, not doubting that – but at last count I was over 600 kinds of tea ;) So, options…
How awesome of you to offer, Roswell. If you manage to add any of these to the teabox, and I manage to try them, I would really appreciate it. (I know there are many factors for not being able to add these to the teabox, however.)
Since you are the expert on Davidstea, any of those you think are delicious that others need to try. I’d especially like to try Rhubarb Cream Soda and/or S’mores Chai

@RoswellStrange : I don’t have a DAVIDsTEA anywhere even remotely close to my area. The one I’ve really wanted to try is the Maple Oolong one, if you have it. If you have a large stock of that Juniper Sage tea by Banff (or anything else by Banff) I’d love to try them.
@tea-sipper : I actually have the Rhubarb Cream Soda because I specially requested that my friend in the Bay Area of the US go out of his way (seriously, he had to take a Caltrain day trip to a different DT than the one in his town) to pick that up for me and then he brought it to me when we met up for a vacation together. It is the only thing from them I have other than the Miso Matcha soup mix, heh. I can get you some outside of the box if needed!
This is a total shot in the dark, but if anyone on the Canadian side of the teabox happens to have this tea, I’d die happy. The shipping from the site that sells it is $20 to the US, and I’m in Idaho which isn’t even that far from BC! Ridiculous. That’s like, double the price of the tea… I haven’t been able to find any other site that offers it with more reasonable shipping, either. (sigh)

Mastress Alita – That is so nice of you to offer, but I feel like that was an ‘extra effort’ tea so I’m not sure I want to deprive you of it! I just thought Roswell has better access to Davidstea… though I have no idea what is seasonal or limited at Davidstea. I saw the e-mail yesterday that TeaDesire was having a sale (because I knew you wanted the Sweet Coco Dream) but I guess shipping would still be too high. Since I’m ahead of you in the teabox, I can include a little bit more of Zen’s version… but that is getting older for a coconut tea. (I stocked up though, as I knew Zen was going out of business.) So hopefully you’re still able to find some fresh at some point, but hopefully a little bit more of Zen’s can tide you over. :D
I can definitely add in some Rhubarb Cream Soda – I have over 600g of it, so it’s nothing for me to add some of it to the box for you guys. I can also add some Maple Syrup Oolong and S’mores Chai as well, and then I’ll add a few others that are a mix of my favourites, popular ones, and just things I think are interesting.
I should also be able to add in the Berry Malt Black, Banana Fluffernutter, and Black Sunshine – but I only have a cup worth of the Raspberry Earl Grey and I can’t seem to find the Juniper Sage at the moment – if I find it before I ship everything, I’ll add it though.
