Hi folks. I’m doing some research into current and future premium non-alcoholic drinks with a special focus on fine tea. I’d be very very grateful for any contributions.

I’m mainly trying to find people or places doing new and exciting things with tea:
Has anyone made a quality bottle tea for example?
Which venue/restaurant/tea house provides the best tea service in your region? What is so good about it?
Which restaurant has the best tea list?
Does anyone in your area list cultivars/ growers/ village of origin?
Any interesting information like this would be very helpful.
