I want to add this – please don’t anyone take this as a deterrent from posting! I love to hear your responses – and I do plan on putting all of them on the poll with the following exception: White tea (also Houjicha tea) – the primary reason is because these tea types are very bulky – and packaging becomes problematic.

But please – continue to list the white teas and/or houjicha teas you’d like to have reblended – because I DO take note of those and when I have them in stock, I will consider reblending them as Featured Reblends.

I didn’t post this to be a criticism or a deterrent to post those suggestions – only to explain why – when the poll is up and running, why those teas won’t be on the poll. I don’t want you to think that I didn’t ‘hear’ your request.

Thank you again – all of you – for suggestions – they help me shape my blending for the future!

Not a problem – thank you for doing the vote at all, it’s great.

Thanks! I worried that I might be coming off as combative, not my intention at all! I just don’t want you guys to think – after you see the poll – that I didn’t listen to your requests!

Not combative, of course not. Like I said, it’s nice of you to even offer us tea fans a say in this sort of thing… I don’t see many other companies doing that!

Crisp Cranberry Soda Green Rooibos
Blackberry hazelnut honeybush
Blueberry custard tart/blueberry zaboglione
Butter rum (especially without spices, think butter rum life saver)
When blackberry met sage (big sage fan, esp. for the colder months)
Chocolate strawberry hazelnut honeybush
Myrtle’s Teahouse ( I know this one is an exclusive for the tea house but IMO it is the best black tea so far)
Blackberry custard tart

This one isn’t a reblend, but more of a tasting note I’d love to see return or get incorporated into a new tea: chocolate covered cherry
This is a festive treat my family always makes/buys around the holidays and I would love to see a blend with dark chocolate, brandied cherry, maybe vanilla or cream note. A thick, smooth black base. Or even a chocolate cherry shortbread maybe. Idk, I just find this combo is very wintery to me.

I think that Frank did a chocolate covered cherry one – I know he did a cherry garcia type of one – but also the chocolate covered cherry rings a bell for me – one year he created either a valentine’s type of box or a mother’s day type of box – and one of these two boxes (whichever it was) had a bunch of chocolate varieties and I think one of them was a chocolate covered cherry – although I don’t think it was a brandied type of cherry.

Anyway – thank you!!! :)

PS: there’s still some of the Myrtle’s Tea House available right now!

I was thinking about making a purchase just for Myrtle’s blend, but I can’t spare the cash for shipping right now. :( Damn international shipping costs.

I thought of some more teas, but I won’t mention them this time, since there are so many ideas for the vote so far. :D

Well, feel free to list them if you’d like. I keep notes of all teas that are mentioned to me – and not all that have been listed are teas that I can include in the box so I won’t be adding them to the poll – but I do keep a note of them if I’m ever in a quandary about what tea to reblend for our featured reblend – in addition, if I get more than one or two requests for a particular reblend, I put that at the top of the list for reblending over the course of the next year.

Oh okay, then I will mention them:

Lemon Meringue Chai
Blueberrie-zzz
Banana Pudding Black or Genmaicha
Cranberry Salad Green

I just tried blueberrie-zzz thanks to tea-sipper. It was fantastic and fit summer nighttime sipping so well. If you reblended it, I’d buy.
