Seven Cups makes a killer Monkey Picked oolong, and for a little extra, their Gao Shan “High Mountain” tieguanyin is also very good.

Verdant tea has some of the best tieguanyin that i have ever tried (tieguanyin is almost always higher quality than its sister, “monkey picked”).

Seven Cups also has an amazing variety of pu’er teas, be they loose, brick, tuocha, sheng, or shu. I might recommend the Premium Pu’er (loose shu) or the Old Tree Home Store 2008 (also a loose shu). If you have the money, you can buy their sheng pu’er cake that is made completely from buds of the Da Bai Hao varietal. I would love to hear what people have to say about this particular tea.
