Steepster "Yearbook" Nominees
This is just a fun thread to recognize your fellow Steepsters for their quirkiness, unique personalities, fun dynamics, and positive traits.
Please keep it tea related of course.
If you recall – in the past anyway, perhaps not so much these days, the Yearbook staff at your school (generally high school) would make a list of people most likely to …
Such as most likely to become president for example.
Nominate your Steepster friends for their “Most likely to’s” and maybe we will find some new friends though the post and get to know each other better!
My first Nominee is:
Bonnie – Mostly likely to write a Jack Kerouac style novel and have it made into a movie.
Bonnie is an excellent writer who details her life experiences interestingly and eloquently in her tea reviews. I always learn something new about the teas she reviews even if I have had them before myself. She also introduces me to many interesting topics tea related and otherwise.
Thank you Bonnie for your amazing posts and the tea knowledge and experiences I get to have through you!
Fun thread! Unfortunately I cannot think of anything but wanted to reply so it would bump up:)
I’m with you Lynxiegrl, I love the concept just not feeling too equipted to add anything worthwhile. Azz since this is your brainchild help me out…what are some ideas for nominations; most likely to- what? If you gimme a few maybe I can get my brain working in the right direction.
I nominate Azzrian for most likely to write something that causes everyone else to have to buy it despite claiming a tea buying moratorium. I think it explains itself, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had this experience!
oh yeah, I’ve only been here a week, & I’ve 3 buying binges in that time…
Amanda, you beat me to it! I was going to nominate Azzrian for most likely to cause EWS (Empty Wallet Syndrome). =]
I nominate Tea Equals Bliss for most likely to get in to the Guinness book of world records for most tea consummed in one day.
Yes! I was also going to nominate her for Most Likely to Drown in a Sea of Loose Leaf Tea. That sounds morbid – but I can only imagine her tea collection overflowing into the halls! :D
I nominate DaisyChubb for being most likely to finally bring about world peace with her joyful enthusiasm and kick ass cookie recipes.
I remember Daisy being the first person to swap with me when I had just joined this site looking to experience different teas. And she was so helpful and kind to a total newbie with no reputation to indicate her reliability as a swapper. I fear she suffered from my subpar beginner’s tea collection.
Daisy, if you want to swap again, let me know! It’ll be better this time around! :) I’m refraining from swapping in general for financial reasons, but I’ll make an exception for you. :)
Yeah you were definitely one of my first swappers too! You were wonderful, why do I feel like I’m talking about a naughty experience. Well regardless – I remember it fondly my dear – our tea collections have multiplied since then, I think another swap is in order soon ;)
I’m also in the financial restriction situation – but I will definitely send you a PM when things are looking up and we can do eet! woot!!!
Haha! I totally see the naughty thing you’re talking about now that you mention it. ;)
Oh boy has the tea multiplied! Looking forward to the swap! :D
I nominate Morgana1 as our long lost and now found family member. I remember reading her tasting notes and thinking oh wow, these are so great, it’s so sad that she’s not been here in a while… And then there she was, posting tasting notes again. =)
I also nominate Doulton2 as our long lost but not yet found family member. I love reading her tasting notes, which often make me chuckle. In some ways our tastes are identical and in some they’re contrary, but in all cases I like to read what she has to say.
Finally, I am in awe of the SororiTea Sisters. K S is right: the amount of tea they consume and review is mind-boggling to me. =)

I nominate LiberTEAs for Longest List of Tea Reviews. Steepster + Sororitea Sisters = a LOT of amazing reviews!
I was thinking we should nominate LiberTEAS for most likely to be the first person to ever overdose on tea. =)
I nominate Missy and Dylan for the Most Awesome Dynamic Tea duo. What a tea tasting team!!
