I pretty well always mix my own. I tend to experiment with the spices depending on my mood and the season. However probably my favourite is the simplest and that is simply ginger chai. I probably am attatched to this as this is mostly what was available in Jaipur when I spent a couple months there from late winter to pre-monsoon one year. I don’t tend to add milk beause milk des not always agree with me. I also had a really lovely green tea chai there that I would love to duplicate I know it had cardamon and even saffron in it. Store bought I enjoy the level of spicing in Tazo’s version. I had Stashes once but it had way to much cloves.
