How do you follow a Tea Company here?
I just read a message from 52 Teas and I had just placed an order from them so I wanted to follow them here. I clicked on their name and it took me to their page and gave me the option to Follow which I did. Then I went to DavidsTea company whom I just placed an order with and I wanted to follow him but I could find no way to follow him. There wasn’t an option to do so. What am I missing?

The ‘Follow’ link shows up fine for me. Make sure you’re actually looking at a person’s profile-page, not just the company listing (https://steepster.com/companies/davidstea). Anyone can add a tea company and their teas to Steepster. Only some companies actually have a representative join the site/make an account. You can only follow people’s accounts, you can’t follow a company’s page.
Hi AJ, sorry to bother you again but I am looking for another tea company here and can’t find them. I tried putting in a link like you did for David’s which I found with your link and am following. I am buying from a new to me tea company that I love, August Uncommon Tea and they have a page of 64 teas here but no matter how I search I can’t find a company page to follow. I just want to make sure I’m not missing something before I write to them. If they don’t have a page I’m going to suggest that they do. I just placed an order, sale this weekend!

It looks like a representative did make an account with the site, though it doesn’t look like they’re too active:

If you’d like to check if the company has an account, hit ‘Explore’ in the top toolbar, then ‘Connect’. Here you can search for a company in the top left bar. If there’s no results, it means that company hasn’t registered an account.

Okay I am going to try one more time. AJ I have written you 3x now to thank you for the advice about August Uncommon but I hit “Post Reply” and it goes to an error page? When I try to come back to check my post isn’t going through to you. I hope they get this straightened out. I’ve been having trouble with this ever since I came back to Steepster a few weeks ago…
