Never had any of their teas, but have heard that their customer service for us Canadians is not great. Anyone care to comment on that?

Norbu Tea has 25% off Darjeelings till 3/02 – which is today! I would not have known but my mother wanted some of the Pudina Chai (which is a Darjeeling, BTW and 25% off…) so I went to look at how much it would be and stumbled on the sale.
