Ok. Its 5:33 in the morning here in NYC and I can’t sleep. I’m watching this documentary called " All in this tea " . Its about David Lee Hoffman one of the organic tea pioneers. watching this is making me thirsty, I’m going to brew some now… You cn watch it on netflix or this link on youtube. Cheers

I do recall that the beautiful images and music made even more of an impression on me than the information. It was a lovely program.

Yeah it’s kind of like watching that documentary " Baraka " when it comes to the imaging and music style.

It is a great one. As an organic and free-range advocate I feel is if he’s a sort of hero in a chemically manipulated world. He runs The Phoenix Collection now and deals in higher-end pu-erh.

That’s awesome, your right about that !!! I wouldn’t mind living in a mountain to eat/drink something healthy that wouldn’t harm me. Almost everything we have these days have chemicals and hormones infused with them.

very good documentary, but i would like to see more off this stuff. Anyone has some other good docu’s about tea, culture and stuff in general?

There is also The Meaning of Tea. I did a blog review of All In This Tea and The Meaning of Tea a few months ago. http://butikiteas.blogspot.com/2012/05/rain-rain-and-more-rain-oh-and-some-tea.html. Also, if you are interested in reading more I can recommend some good books. I’ve got about 40 tea related books in my library.
