Nepal black teas

I recently had the Nepal black from David’s Tea and fell head over heels for it, then I noticed on their website they source from the Jun Chiyabari estate. Upton sources from the same estate, but has several different varieties. Does anyone have recommendations, or experience with other Nepal black teas besides the one from David’s? I’m really curious to branch out and try some other Nepal black teas now. It looks like most of what Upton has from Jun Chiyabari is first flush, but the tea I got from David’s didn’t look like a first flush black.

We have an Organic Guranse from Nepal that has been well received on Steepster. Here is a link to its Steepster page: http://steepster.com/teas/butiki-teas/27400-organic-guranse. If your open to flavored teas, our Tamarind Pop uses the Organic Guranse as a base.

Awesome, thanks!

Edit: and the list of teas I want to try from Butiki when I get paid just keeps growing…

Capital Tea has some great blacks, but is often overlooked.

Best wishes,
