Where Matcha Comes From....

On the market there appears to be Matcha from different countries but know that Matcha comes from Japan. There are two main Matcha producing regions in Japan, Uji in the Kyoto Prefecture and Nishio in the Aichi Prefecture.

If you happen to find Matcha from another region or country you may be purchasing an inferior Matcha in terms of quality and taste.
