Okay loves, FINALLY I can post! haha I didn’t get anything tea related for Christmas O:
So I popped into DavidsTea today and spent 20 bucks to get the following:

Matcha Salt! http://www.davidstea.com/matcha-salt?&TF=&DEID=
Tea Cozy! http://www.davidstea.com/tea-cozy?&TF=&DEID=
Mini double wall cups! http://www.davidstea.com/double-wall-teacups?&TF=FFF0867C175D&DEID=

Bear & Hedgehog Mugtails!

No tea… but tea stuff! And it’s christmas money so it counts haha. The matcha salt is tasty – I needed a high quality sea salt anyways.

mugtails! how adorable!

I love the mug tails, and am considering them for my cocoa drinking ware.

I’ll join the fun. I received the 12 Holidays of Tea Collection from Teavana.

WAAHH, I didn’t get any teas or tea wares this christmas! So much for my tea of the month club pushing.

Well, I got a tea related item – I got a chai scented soap. I did get a crazy breadmaker that makes cakes, meatloaf and jam http://www.amazon.com/Zojirushi-BB-PAC20-Bakery-Virtuoso-Breadmaker/dp/B0067MQM48/ref=pd_sbs_k_1
and I’m gonna make tea bread! http://www.zojirushi.com/user/scripts/user/prod_recipe_list.php?prod_category_id=3

I am now imagining your place being overload with bread and buttered toast everywhere. (X^D)

Nice gift! I’m such a kitchen gadget person and have a bread maker is just really awesome. Takes a lot of the work out of making bread.

My two sisters got me tea and tea wares! One stocked me up on half a dozen Verdant favorites because she likes shopping online, the other gave me oolong, pu’erh, a double walled glass tea tumbler and a small bamboo cast-iron pot (for decoration) from World Market, because she is often at World Market and I knew that would be easy for her. I bought my mom the same kind of glass tumbler and four greens from Verdant. She’s always talking about needing to drink more green tea but the age of the tea in her cupboard makes me shudder and I know she doesn’t use the cast-iron set I bought her when I worked at Teavana. She has started drinking coffee this year (she’s in her 70’s and never drank coffee) I think she said its for arthritis.

On a related note, her birthday is on the 9th and I want to get her a variable temp kettle with a 170-175 setting preferable that keeps warm (I like my $49 Target one except it doesn’t hold the temp). I saw talk above about Breville and Cruisinart. The latter is less expensive though I was talking with a friend about using his discount on a Breville, he said they only have the One Touch in stock, but I’m debating if that would be good for her or not, I know you can remove the basket and just use it as a kettle. Thoughts?

I personally would get a Zojirushi. I can’t live without mine and actually have 3 – one to travel and a backup! LOL
Teavana has it on clearance (at least in store) for $80 right now.

Thanks darby I was able to buy one today at a nearby Teavana store, last one they had! The above mentioned friend sold the last one at his store right before I texted him. Was able to stay strong and not buy anything else ;)
