Preparing matcha with another tea is likely unnecessary for a few reasons. You can purchase the matcha teas that are already infused with natural flavors, and jasmine is a common flavor that can be found added to matcha. Additionally, depending on your palate and desires, you can find matchas that have additional flavors such as peppermint, mocha, chocolate, or fruit flavors. I would recommend going this route as opposed to brewing tea to mix with matcha, unless you are trying to avoid most of the matcha taste and you are just going for the antioxidant boost that it offers.

I have yet to try these, but I’ve been eyeing Capella flavor drops as a way to add interesting flavors to tea. The site is here: http://www.capellaflavors.com/
