I used the following most:
Verdant Tea
Davids Tea
Teavana
Teasource (they are local to me so I don’t have to use online)
Harney & Sons
Lupicia
Mariage Freres (haven’t ordered directly from them yet – have gotten their tea from Porte Rouge)

I love Harney’s the best overall, and enjoy DellaTerra’s dessert teas. Had a disappointing experience with ESP Emporium. Teas taste rather stale. I wouldn’t order from the again, particularly since they don’t accept tea returns or exchanges except in cases of their error or damage in shipping. David’s, in contrast, was extremely accommodating in arranging an exchange.

Have to give some love to Arbor Teas (Ann Arbor, Michigan). And don’t forget Silk Road Teas, Tealet, and Tease (formerly known as TeaGuys). And of course I concur with most folks that Verdant is an exceptional company.

Yes, tealet is exceptional too!

Ah, my heart is dancing with the many tea companies! :)

I pray to be able to try teas from all of them!

Adagio
Butiki
52 Teas
Den’s Tea

I mostly order from those 4. But I have ordered from David’s tea, Arbor teas, and enjoyingtea.com once or twice as well.

Teajo Teas
Zen Tea Life
Harney and Sons
52 Teas
Teavivre

There are so many great online sources. I like trying new places, but these are the ones I see myself ordering from again and again.

My best on-line tea source has been other Steepsters! However, that’s NOT the question is it.
I used to buy more tea than I can afford to buy now, but it seems that there’s always a vendor popping up with a sample or two that keeps me going until I can buy some tea… and I for one appreciate that.
For quality and service, Verdant and Butiki have been favorites (which is no surprise to anyone who knows me).
Other vendors go out of their way to be helpful (even when you don’t buy tea from them) are: Garret at Mandala, Whispering Pines and Janet at sTEApShoppe. Kally Tea and Teavivre have been wonderful.
My local tea shop will soon have an online store in the future so look for Happy Lucky’s.
(This is beginning to sound like the TEA, People’s Choice Awards or something like it!)
