Not when you stupidly leave half a mug on your desk, go to lunch, and come back to find in spilled all over your notes it doesn’t!

I can’t even blame the cats really as it was my own fault. sigh the good thing is it actually spilled under the desk, onto some old files. I really needed to go through them and throw out/shred most of them anyway. This just forced me to do it now instead of later.

But yes, overall a cup of tea is a great stress reliever if you can just focus on savoring the tea and block out everything/almost everything else. I will try to be more attentive to my tea instead of neglecting it while “multitasking” (whether at work or home). That just leads to cold, spilled, or otherwise wasted tea… and a stressed out me!

UGH! Yeah not good. I’ve made the mistake of leaving my cell precariously close to my ingenuiTEA several times. Thank God it never blew up in my face. Well, they did say drinking tea was restress reducing, not spilling it=D

Not when you have an ulcer and your Doctor says avoid all caffeine.

Can you still drink caffeine-free herbal teas?

Not to add the string of, for some reason, negative responses to this, but

Since when is this news? Tea’s calming powers have been known for ages.

It’s news, I didn’t say it was new news. A non tea drinker may not know this. I didn’t know it was proven- I just knew it worked for me.

Yeah, wasn’t expecting the negativity- although Janefan has a point. FataliTEAS are not condusive to reducing stress.

Not when you find you’ve run out of your favourite or don’t have time for another brew.

Find it a good socialising tool though
