Do y’all mix your teas?

I have a hei cha going but needs a funkier danker taste for me, so am considering throwing in some loose pu er….

Wondering: do y’all mix teas?!

If so what are some of your favorite combinations?!

I mix yunnan and assam if the assam seems too harsh. I like a green and spearmint. Lemongrass is a nice addition to tame bitterness. I liked Numi’s basil mint puerh and have tried to recreate it since they don’t make it any more. Its shou puerh and peppermint, really helps for digestive issues.

All the time. I mix my earl greys with straight black tea as they can be potent on their own. I also frequently add scented tea to half spent leaves for a twist and to get a couple more infusions. Genmaicha with a little matcha or sencha when I want extra “greenness.” And depending on what I’m drinking, I also like to add in herbs and spices like cardamom, lavender, and dried mint.
