I can’t say at the moment. I haven’t tried enough teas out there.
I’d have a neverending bincha of pu’er that I could age AND drink.
Chai, without a doubt. Not just any random chai, though. The spice mix has to be perfect… Extra cardamom, not so much ginger. I could drink chai hot or iced, with or without milk, with or without foam, and be incredibly happy. I could make chai muffin tops to go with my breakfast chai, and then have a chai popsicle for dessert (maybe with some chai-spiced whipped cream).
I also agree with Novi, it would be Chai. Iced chai.
I would have to say black Yunnan teas, they are my favourite.
So easy. I agree with KittyLovesTea…Tea ORIGINATED in Yunnan, and they have had thousands of years to perfect it, unlike others who are still learning their niche.
Green Pu’er, everyday.
I think it would be more fun to be more specific in this thread… I think mine would be:
Zentealife.com’s Phoenix Pearls OR Golden Moon’s Sinharaja
But that’s just my answer today. Somehow I’ve recently started to love the malty teas. It could be different next week!
The more teas I try the harder this question becomes to answer… If I say Earl Grey can I have all the variations too?
And will tisanes not count so I can still drink all of those that I want?
This situation makes a zombie apocalypse seem so much easier.
haha indeed @ “This situation makes a zombie apocalypse seem so much easier.”
oh no! How did I forget my favorite — Earl Grey Creams!!
In that case I want Earl Grey with extra/double bergamot and will steal Tea Sipper’s EG Cream when I’m in the mood for it.
haha! But those teas are both so similar… I wouldn’t need the extra bergamot but the cream makes it drinkable forever.
Can we choose one tea from each category?
Haha I think that’s bending the rules ;)
Be super specific! So break down the actual tea. Example, what type of chai of that’s the case.
