Scammed $550 by hibiki-an.com

Just a word of warning to matcha buyers. My first experience with the company went smoothly and they seemed professional with a decent product. Recently, I decided to purchase again with a larger order. They shipped it to the wrong address, the city and zip code were wrong. As a result, the order was shipped back to hibiki-an.com as it was unreceivable. I created a paypal dispute for the item not received. The paypal dispute was closed in their favor as the item was still in transit back to hibiki-an.com . While I was disputing them, hibiki-an wrote me multiple emails threatening to call the local police and sue me unless I stopped the dispute, but I ignored them. After the dispute closed, hibiki-an is not replying to any of my emails and they got their product back. So I’m out $550, but i’m going to continue to try to dispute with paypal as they now have the order back.
