Budgeting question for tea retailers out there!

For my food service management class, I’m writing a business plan for my own (imaginary) tea shop and I was trying to figure out all the budgeting stuff for the teas.

Any tea retailers out there, where do you source your teas from? Do they have a price list available online somewhere? How much do you usually mark up the price in order to break even/make a profit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
