Oopsy I should post here instead of the other thread…
A) do you ship to canada?
B) The “put the picture together” security verification you have is the single most frustrating experience i’ve had in a while. I tried to create an account to figure out if you ship to canada and 5 tries later i’m done. Especially since my accounts information isn’t saved if i get the picture wrong. Not sure how what i’m doing is wrong, since it’s a pretty basic put the picture together and make it look like . sigh

My aplogies if this is something i’m doing wrong/not seeing :)

I apologize for the crazy picture captcha, that was something we added last week temporarily while we resolved an issue with robots signing up for accounts. I’ve removed the plugin so you won’t have to do the picture thing anymore. We’re in the process of creating a whole new website which is much more user-friendly. We’re roughly 50% complete with it and it should go live by mid April.

We do ship to Canada. If you use a Canadian shipping address, it will present to you the shipping option of Canada – First Class Mail. It’s a flat $13.

I’ve added the question, “Do you ship to Canada?” to our FAQ page. Thank you for bringing that to my attention!
