Adagio Blender Set??

Has anyone purchased this before? It says “Each sampler set comes equipped with 8 teas and 4 inclusions.” But it does not say HOW MUCH of each; I’m wondering if it’s just cheaper to buy the samples and mix it myself?

I’ve bought some samples to mix myself. That works pretty well.

I’m thinking of heading to mcnulty’s in NYC. They sell a lot of bases (black teas, peppermint leaves, rosehips, rooibos) for $1-$1.50/ ounce

As I recall, I did the math & you don’t save any money by buying the sampler, plus some of the teas it includes didn’t really appeal to me, so I just picked out the ones I wanted to sample & bought them. I think there is an oz in each one.

Do any of you buy anything other than Thai chai and custom blends from adagio? :P

My sons (ages 20 & 23) & I have been really having fun with the custom blends, but I’ve also tried a few of their straight out teas. The yunnan noir was pretty nice, as I recall.

I do like their Fujian Rain

The Fujian Rain is on my list of teas to sample next :)
Glad to hear you like it, AZ

Their unflavored teas don’t get enough credit. The Darjeeling Oolong was phenomenal.

I also like Fujian Rain. I also have enjoyed Spring Darjeeling, Golden Curls, Yunnan Jig and Mei Hua to name a few.
